One of the saddest images ever published is that of a malnourished polar bear stranded on a drifting piece of melting ice somewhere in the Arctic Sea. Our planet is clearly fighting back against something and that something seems to be us. What are we doing? Animal agriculture is widely accepted as the leading contributor of global greenhouse gas emissions. What are we each going to do about it?
